On the occasion of Sushasan Tihar on Thursday May 29 , 2025 , Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai made several announcements for the development of the area in the Samadhan camp organised in village Bhainsa of Arang development block of Raipur district today and said in his address that – Prime Minister Narendra Modi has resolved that every poor person in the country should have a house. All the remaining eligible people will also be included in Awas Plus Plus.
Mahtari Vandan money is being paid in the accounts of more than 70 lakh mothers and sisters. The work of adding names in the scheme will be started soon for those whose names are not added. Today this is my 29th district in Samadhan Tihar. Only 5 districts are left, I am going to every district with my ministers.
I meet and talk to the villagers, everyone is happy. People tell that everyone is benefiting from the financial support received from the schemes. This Tihar is organised to get feedback, every day in 29 districts there are meetings, somewhere chaupals, people are satisfied. In the work of one and a half years, all the schemes are reaching the people, everyone is happy, everyone’s problems are being solved through the camp.
Today Annaprasan was done here and Godhbharai was also done. Griha Pravesh was done in 110 houses today, 213 toilets have been approved. This benefit has been given to the people of the area.
Vikat Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan is being started. Scientists from the central government will also come and work in teams with the state scientists. We will contact 13 lakh farmers in the coming days and work for agricultural development in the state. This campaign inspired by the idea of ’laboratory to field’ will strengthen our farmer brothers.

- Pipeline extension in village Amodi at a cost of Rs 42 lakh
- Rs 75 lakh for construction of primary health center building.
- Rs 75.23 lakh for construction of high school building in Bhainsa.
- Construction of compound of Bhainsa high school building Rs 18 lakh
- Rs 20 lakh for construction of high school shed.
- Announcement of opening a police post.
- Approval of Rs 1 crore 25 lakh, increasing the amount of Rs 75 lakh approved for Higher Secondary School Bhawan, Bhandarpuri.
- Announcement of Rs 24 lakh for construction of additional rooms in Naveen Prathmik Shala Bhainsa.
