The government is preparing eligibility criteria to provide benefits of the scheme to women. Women whose annual income is less than Rs 2.5 lakh will get the benefit of this scheme. In the first phase, BPL card holders will be included. Women who are already getting any government pension will not get the benefit of this scheme.
Tomorrow can bring good news for BPL cardholder women in Delhi. According to sources, Delhi’s Rekha Gupta government can release the first installment of ‘Mahila Samman Nidhi’ scheme tomorrow i.e. Saturday (March 8). Before this, a cabinet meeting has been called tomorrow to give formal approval to this scheme.
After the cabinet’s approval, it will be formally announced at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Under the scheme, preparations are being made to provide financial help to BPL cardholder women.
Which women will get the benefit?

A big program can be held tomorrow at JLN Stadium
Speaking to news agency ANI, Delhi BJP State President Virendra Sachdeva had said that our government is committed to working for every section of the society and ensuring everyone’s progress. Let March 8 come, there will be more clarity about this. According to sources, BJP is planning a large-scale program at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium tomorrow, where about 5,000 women are expected to gather from across Delhi. Other senior party leaders including BJP National President JP Nadda and Chief Minister Rekha Gupta can attend this program.
