Rajnath’s warning to Pakistan: ‘Whatever the country wants…it will definitely happen, it is my responsibility to respond to those who attack’

Rajnath Singh said that it is my responsibility to give a befitting reply to those who dare to attack our country. You all know the working style and determination of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday May 4, 2025 said about the Pahalgam attack that as Defence Minister, it is my responsibility to work with the armed forces and give a befitting reply to those who have an evil eye on India. His remarks came in the backdrop of the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Along with this, he said about PM Modi’s working style that you know our Prime Minister very well, are familiar with his working style and determination.

Addressing the Sanskriti Jagran Mahotsav, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, the word ‘politics’ is made up of two words ‘raj’ and ‘neeti’… but the irony is that the word politics has lost its meaning. I want the blessings of revered saints… I want your blessings so that we can re-establish it in the politics of India.

‘It is my responsibility to give a befitting reply to those who dare to attack the country’

Rajnath Singh said, as a nation, our brave soldiers have always protected the physical form of India, while on the other hand our sages and sages have protected the spiritual form of India. While on one hand our soldiers fight on the battlefield, on the other hand our saints fight on the land of life. He said that as the Defense Minister it is my responsibility to work together with my soldiers and ensure the security of the country’s borders. It is my responsibility to give a befitting reply to those who have an evil eye on our country along with the armed forces.

‘Whatever you want will definitely happen under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’

Rajnath Singh said that people know Prime Minister Narendra Modi very well and also his work style, his determination. You are well aware of the way he has learned to “take risks” in his life. The senior BJP leader said, I want to assure you that whatever you want will definitely happen under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.

He said, you all know that Prime Minister Modi has set the goal of making the entire country a developed nation by 2047 in front of all the countrymen. Naturally this goal is not a small goal, but you stay healthy. This goal will be achieved because all of you will accept the truth that India’s prestige has increased in the world.

Rajnath Singh will meet Japan’s Defense Minister tomorrow

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will hold a bilateral meeting with Japan’s Defense Minister General Nakatani in Delhi on Monday May 5, 2025 . During this, the two sides will discuss the current regional and international security situation as well as ways to further deepen bilateral defense cooperation. According to the Defense Ministry, this meeting is taking place at a time when there is a situation of tension between India and Pakistan. India and Japan have a long-standing friendship. Defense and security are important pillars of relations between the two countries. Defense exchanges between India and Japan have gained strength in recent years. Its importance is increasing due to shared views on issues of peace, security and stability of the Indo-Pacific region.

This will be the second meeting in six months

This will be the second meeting between Rajnath Singh and General Nakatani in six months. Rajnath Singh and Nakatani had their first conversation on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN ) Defense Ministers’ Meeting-Plus in Lao PDR in November 2024 last year. In the talks held last year, the two leaders reiterated the importance of bilateral defense industry and technology cooperation. In that meeting, Singh and General Nakatani had discussed reciprocal provision of supplies and services agreement for better interoperability between their armies.
