The order of the state government appointing Subodh Kumar Singh, IAS (1997 batch) to the post of Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister is an important administrative decision. This appointment has been made keeping in mind Subodh Kumar Singh’s qualification, experience and administrative skills in the state administrative system. In this post, he will play an important role in the coordination of major tasks related to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and various schemes of the state government.
