IAS Gaurav Dwivedi and Maninder Kaur Dwivedi got proforma promotion, got the responsibility of Additional Chief Secretary

1995 batch IAS officers Gaurav Dwivedi and Maninder Kaur Dwivedi have been given proforma promotion. Both the officers have become Additional Chief Secretary from Principal Secretary. General Administration Department Secretary Mukesh Kumar Bansal has issued this order.

Let us tell you that there is a rule of giving proforma promotion to officers who go on central deputation. Gaurav Dwivedi is currently working as CEO in Prasar Bharati. Maninder is working in an undertaking of the Central Agriculture Department.
