Raipur : Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Friday July 24, 2026 described the Sathya Sai Village Sewa Model at Muddenahalli, Karnataka, as an inspiring example of service-driven development, emphasizing that a developed Chhattisgarh requires not only economic progress but also a healthy, educated and value-based society.

During his visit, the Chief Minister met Sadguru Madhusudan Sai, Founder of the One World One Family Mission, and held extensive discussions on strengthening cooperation in education, healthcare, maternal and child welfare, nutrition, and value-based learning in Chhattisgarh.

A major focus of the visit was Shri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital, Raipur, which has provided completely free paediatric cardiac surgeries to thousands of children. The Chief Minister praised the hospital’s humanitarian contribution and discussed future expansion plans, including a Mother and Child Hospital and broader healthcare services.

As the Chief Guest at the concluding session of the International Conference on Value-Based Education, Vishnu Deo Sai addressed educators from nearly 25 countries, highlighting that modern education must go beyond academics to nurture character, compassion, ethics, service and social responsibility.

The Chief Minister also visited the SaiSure Nutraceuticals facility operated by the Shri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Trust. The organisation’s SaiSure Multi-Nutrient Health Mix currently benefits nearly one crore children across 25 states and four Union Territories. CM Sai explored the possibility of introducing similar nutritional interventions in Chhattisgarh’s schools and Anganwadi centres to improve child health.

He also appreciated the institution’s contribution to skill development, noting that nearly 300 youths from Chhattisgarh have received nursing education and professional training, creating employment opportunities while strengthening the healthcare workforce.

Expressing optimism about future collaboration, the Chief Minister said cooperation between the Government of Chhattisgarh and the One World One Family Mission could significantly enhance healthcare, education and nutrition services for the poor, deprived and vulnerable sections of society.
