So that people develop a deep understanding about this subject. This time the theme of the World Heritage Week programs is ‘Discover and experience diversity’. On this occasion, the History Department of Shaheed Mahendra Karma University Bastar Jagdalpur organised an educational tour of the ancient Vishnu Temple, Narayanpal and Shiva Temple, Chhindgaon located in Lohandiguda development block to make the M.A. students aware of the historical heritage of Bastar. Guest lecturers Dr. Bhenu and Dr. Vishnu Singh, who were leading the tour team, said that the purpose of this educational tour was not only to show the heritage of Bastar, but also to provide practical knowledge of the elements related to the relationship between monuments and tourism as per the syllabus.
