Modi’s longstanding connection with Chhattisgarh’s soil and its people reflected his affection for the state. He added that the Prime Minister’s acknowledgement of its traditions and progress had encouraged the people and the government alike.

Recalls Vajpayee’s Legacy

Remembering former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s role in the creation of Chhattisgarh, Sai said the state was moving forward with a commitment to peace, good governance and development.

He credited Modi’s leadership and continued guidance for supporting this journey.

“Our Chhattisgarh, established by Bharat Ratna Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji, is today scripting new chapters of peace, good governance, and development under your able leadership and continuous guidance,” the Chief Minister stated.

Sai also welcomed the Prime Minister’s reference to the changes in Bastar, describing the recognition of the region’s progress against Naxalism as a matter of pride.

Technology, Education and Employment in Focus

Outlining his government’s priorities, the Chief Minister emphasised the importance of preserving Chhattisgarh’s culture and traditions while expanding opportunities for its people.

Modern technology, improved infrastructure, quality education and employment opportunities, he said, were helping strengthen the foundations of the state’s future.

“While preserving our rich culture and traditions, we are strengthening the foundation of a bright future for the state through modern technology, better infrastructure, quality education, and new opportunities for employment,” Sai wrote.

His message linked the protection of Chhattisgarh’s cultural identity with efforts to improve public services and create opportunities for the younger generation.

Commitment to Development Reaching the Last Person

Sai described the Prime Minister’s trust and continued support as a source of renewed energy for the state.

Reaffirming Chhattisgarh’s contribution to the national development agenda, he pledged to work towards a prosperous and self-reliant state in line with the vision of ‘Developed India @ 2047’.

“We will continue to work with full commitment towards building a developed, prosperous, and self-reliant Chhattisgarh and ensuring that the benefits of development reach every last person,” he stated.

The Chief Minister concluded by thanking Modi once again for his greetings, confidence and continued guidance.
