Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai stated that the complete eradication of Naxalism, which was the biggest obstacle to the state’s development, is now becoming a reality.

This success is the collective result of the strong leadership of the double-engine government, the clear policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and the courage, valor, and unwavering determination of our valiant security forces.

Chief Minister Sai stated that Naxalism is in its final stages today, and this is a historic achievement for Chhattisgarh. He stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah have a clear resolve to completely eradicate Naxalism from the entire country by March 31, 2026, and this resolve is now being realised on the ground.

Chief Minister Sai added that with the end of Naxalite violence, a strong foundation of peace and stability is being laid across Chhattisgarh, including Bastar. Areas that had been deprived of development for years are now rapidly opening up new vistas in roads, education, health, communication, tourism, and livelihoods. He said, “Bastar is now on the path of transformation, and in the coming years, a wave of development will flow there.”

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai expressed confidence that with the combined power of the state government’s commitment, the central government’s guidance, and the courage of the security forces, Chhattisgarh will not only be free from Naxalism but will also emerge as one of the best developing states in the country. He said that this new Chhattisgarh is moving forward on the mantra of peace, prosperity, trust, and development, CM added .
