PM Modi to Two Day Visit Chhattisgarh for the DGPs/IGPs Conference

New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a two day visit to Chhattisgarh from Saturday 29, 2025 of this month.

The Prime Minister will participate in the 60th edition of the All India Conference of Director Generals /Inspector Generals of Police.

The three-day conference which is scheduled from 28th of this month to 30th at Raipur, aims to review the progress achieved in addressing key policing challenges so far and to outline a forward-looking roadmap for building a Surakshit Bharat in alignment with the national vision of Viksit Bharat.

Prime minister Narendra Modi will also confer the President’s Police Medals for distinguished service. The conference will also be attended by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the annual police conference where key internal security issues will be discussed, to be held in Chhattisgarh from November 28 to 30.

The three-day conference organised by the Intelligence Bureau (IB) aims to review the progress achieved in addressing key policing challenges so far and to outline a forward-looking roadmap for building a ‘Surakshit Bharat’, a safe India, in alignment with the national vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’, or developed India, a government statement said.
