Fruitful Discussion on Expanding Sports Facilities in Chhattisgarh

Raipur: Indian cricket team batsman and international player Rinku Singh paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Sunday November 23, 2025 at the Chief Minister’s residence office in Raipur.

The Chief Minister welcomed Rinku Singh with a shawl and a Nandi symbol. MLA Sushant Shukla was also present on the occasion.

Chief Minister Sai congratulated and wished Rinku Singh for his outstanding performance and significant contribution to the Indian cricket team. During the meeting, a detailed discussion was held on Chhattisgarh’s rich culture and traditions, and the efforts being made to promote sports in the state.

Chief Minister Sai briefed Rinku Singh on the concept of the Bastar Olympics and the local talent being nurtured through it.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said that the youth of Chhattisgarh have immense potential, and the state government is continuously striving to promote sports.
