Lawrence Bishnoi: The parcel was allegedly sent from a girl namely of Vandana Gaur, whose address was in Australia. However, on investigation, it was found to be fake. An attempt was being made to breach security.

Lawrence Bishnoi: A mysterious courier has arrived from Australia for gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is lodged in Sabarmati Central Jail in Gujarat, which has raised the eyebrows of Indian security agencies. This courier was caught in Gujarat’s Foreign Post Office, which handles international shipments to and from the state. Security agencies have started investigating the matter.

Towel-shaver arrived from Australia for Lawrence Bishnoi

According to a CNBC report, this parcel was allegedly sent in the name of Vandana Gaur, whose address was in Australia. However, it was found to be fake during investigation. The parcel contained just a towel and a powerful shaver. The suspicion of the officials has deepened due to the parcel being sent from abroad for these things. Security agencies suspect that this parcel may have been sent as a test to find out whether there is any problem in delivering any delivery to Bishnoi in jail.

7000 rupees paid for courier

About 7000 rupees were paid as international postal charges for this courier, which is much more than the normal things. Because of this, the officials suspect that there may be a big motive behind this. This is not the first time that an attempt has been made to deliver such items in the jail. Earlier also such incidents have come to the fore from many states.

A history-sheeter linked to Lawrence Bishnoi arrested

Meanwhile, a history-sheeter allegedly linked to Lawrence Bishnoi and Binny Gujjar gang has been arrested by the police in Yavatmal, Maharashtra. According to the police, the accused was hiding in Jamb Road area of ​​​​Yavatmal for the last two years. He was absconding since 2023 after being named in a murder case in Barmer district of Rajasthan. There was a reward of Rs 25,000 on him. He has also been convicted in a case of extortion in Punjab. There are 16 cases registered against him in Punjab and Rajasthan.
