Transparent and fair recruitment process secures the future of the youth: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai

Chief Minister Sai presented appointment letters to 233 candidates selected for the post of Laboratory Technician in the Higher Education Department

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai presented appointment letters to 233 candidates selected for the post of Laboratory Technician in the Higher Education Department in the auditorium of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University in the capital, Raipur on Wednesday October 8, 2025 .

On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that transparent and reliable recruitment processes have secured the future of the youth of the state. He informed that more than 10,000 government jobs have been provided in various departments in the last 20 months.

Chief Minister Sai said that the youth of the state are being appointed in the Police Department, Electricity ,Cooperative, Public Health Engineering Tribal Development and many other departments. He said that in the coming time, 700 Assistant Professors will be recruited in the Higher Education Department and 5,000 teachers in the School Education Department.

The Chief Minister further said that today’s occasion is historic and a matter of great joy—for the first time, such a large number of appointment letters are being issued simultaneously. This will certainly prove to be a milestone in the creation of a developed Chhattisgarh. He congratulated and wished all the newly appointed laboratory technicians and urged them to discharge their duties with 100% dedication and honesty.

Chief Minister Sai also said that the state government has adopted a new industrial policy, which is creating large-scale employment opportunities. He informed that under this new industrial policy, investment proposals worth approximately ₹7 lakh crore have been received so far, and work on establishing industrial units has already begun under many of these proposals. These industries will bring immense benefits to the people of the state, both directly and indirectly.

Addressing the program, Higher Education Minister Tankaram Verma said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo, significant changes have taken place in every sector of Chhattisgarh in the last 20 months. The recruitment process for every department is being completed with transparency and fairness. Higher Education Minister Tankram Verma, while congratulating the newly selected laboratory technicians, said that all of you will definitely play an important role in taking your colleges to new heights and will contribute in building a developed Chhattisgarh.

He also praised the officials of the Higher Education Department and said that completing the entire counselling process in three phases in a transparent and fair manner without any dispute in a period of just three months is a very commendable achievement.

On this occasion, Technical Education and Skill Development Minister Khuswant Saheb, Vice Chancellor of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University Dr. Sachchidanand Shukla, Secretary of Higher Education Department Dr. S. Bharatidasan along with departmental officials and newly appointed laboratory technicians were present in large numbers.
