The principal makes the difference

New measures to improve College  quality can only be implemented if  Colleges  are led by leaders  who are committed to not only Education  but make sure that  where students sit  those places are neat and cleaned  for the well-being of their students. There are hundreds of Colleges with excellent principals. But there are also thousands of Colleges in need of improvement. All Colleges need an excellent principal and excellent leadership, because all Colleges have youths who deserve a better future. 

Perhaps this is the first incident in the state Chhattisgarh when Principal Dr. Usha Kiran Agarwal of Chandulal Chandrakar Govt College of Arts & Commerce , Dhamdha , Dist – Durg herself cleaned and washed the classrooms by sweeping them. Seeing her doing this, the students also joined the cleanliness drive
