There is an atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm in the entire state after Brijmohan Agarwal, Lok Sabha MP from Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur, was appointed as the Chairman of Food Corporation of India (FCI) Chhattisgarh. This appointment is being considered commendable in view of his long political experience and efficient administrative capability.
On the occasion, Abdul Gaffar Memon, President of Rice Mill Association Gariaband, congratulated and wished Brijmohan Agarwal. He said that the long experience, organizational hold and dedication towards public service of former minister and MP Brijmohan Agarwal will prove to be extremely beneficial for an important institution like Food Corporation of India. Under his leadership, FCI will set new records in efficiency, transparency and public welfare works.
Gaffu Memon further said that Brijmohan Agarwal is not only an experienced politician, but he has also coined new definitions of development in Chhattisgarh. While being a minister in the state, he has efficiently managed important departments like Public Works, Agriculture and School Education. The rice millers of the state, local people and BJP workers are also excited about this appointment. The public has called it a matter of pride for Chhattisgarh.
Let us tell you that Food Corporation of India (FCI) is an undertaking of the Government of India, which conducts important works like procurement, storage and distribution of food grains across the country. In such a situation, the appointment of an experienced leader like Brijmohan Agarwal is expected to give a new direction to the functioning of this organisation.
