People are appreciating the Public Relations Department’s photo exhibition at five-day Rajyotsav program

A glimpse of the state’s achievements and schemes was seen.

Raipur: The photo exhibition organised by the Public Relations Department remained the center of attraction on the second day of the five-day Rajyotsav program organised at the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Industry and Trade Complex in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar to mark the silver jubilee year of Chhattisgarh State Foundation Day.

The exhibition showcases the government’s ambitious schemes, development works, social upliftment, women’s empowerment, and digital progress in an interesting manner with photographs and data. The “soft stories” continuously broadcast on the LED screen are helping people understand the schemes in a simple and easy way.

Women from the Maa Durga Self-Help Group from Nayapara Rajim visited the exhibition and found it extremely useful and inspiring. The group’s president, Neha Sahu, shared that she has benefited from the Mahatari Vandan Yojana and the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Her child is also receiving supplementary nutrition from the Anganwadi center. She said that the state government’s schemes are playing a vital role in women’s empowerment. The group’s secretary, Santoshi Sahu, praised the exhibition, saying she gained many new insights from the schemes on display.

Naveen College students Tinu Sahu, Khushboo Sahu, Pakhi Sonwani, Priyanka, Kajal Nihal, and Kanchan Yadav, who attended the exhibition, said that schemes like the Mahatari Vandan Yojana, transparency in recruitment, and the Chief Minister’s Higher Education Loan Interest Subsidy Scheme are a boon for them. They stated that they are preparing for competitive exams and are pleased to know that the government is serious about the future of the youth.

Parul Chandrakar, Sonali Dhurandhar, and Vidhi Dhurandhar, from Raipur, who visited the Rajyotsav, visited the exhibition organised by the Public Relations Department and praised it. They said that the exhibition presented information about the state government’s public welfare schemes in a simple and clear manner. Through this exhibition, people in both rural and urban areas are easily accessing information about the schemes. She added that the promotional material available at the exhibition is extremely useful, helping ordinary citizens understand the process of availing government schemes. Other visitors to the exhibition at the Rajyotsav also praised the department’s presentation of the materials, posters, and audio-video demonstrations. This exhibition not only provides information but also inspires people to connect with and benefit from government schemes.

Indrajit Sindar, a trainee at the Police Administrative Academy, Chandrakhuri, visited the Public Relations Department’s exhibition at the Rajyotsav venue. He praised the exhibition, saying that the department has presented the state government’s schemes in a simple and attractive manner. He further said that the promotional material available at the exhibition is not only informative but will also help connect the general public with the benefits of the schemes. He described this effort by the Public Relations Department as extremely effective in creating awareness.

The exhibition organised by the Public Relations Department is attracting large crowds. The promotional material is being distributed free of charge, allowing people to take home detailed information about the schemes. This exhibition is certainly presenting a vibrant glimpse of the achievements of the State, transparent governance and citizen participation, which realises the vision of “New Chhattisgarh”.
