Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Monday February 23, 20-26 attended the Sneh Milan and Brahma Bhojan program organised by Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya for the respected members of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly at Shanti Sarovar in Nava Raipur.
Chief Minister Sai praised the affection, warmth, and spirit of service of the Brahma Kumari sisters and said, “We are all overwhelmed by their love and respect.” He said that organising Brahma Bhojan for the Legislative Assembly members with great affection every year is a beautiful and inspiring tradition.
Chief Minister Sai said that Prajapita Brahma Kumari organisation is continuously working towards spreading moral values, spiritual awareness, and spiritual peace in society. He said that spiritual centers like Shanti Sarovar and Shanti Shikhar always bring positive energy and a feeling of spiritual peace.
The organisation’s expansion into more than 137 countries is extremely heartening and inspiring.
The Chief Minister stated that the Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya is working to raise awareness among various sections of society through numerous public welfare activities.
The organisation’s role in empowering women economically and socially is remarkable. Even in tribal areas, the organisation’s efforts for social and economic upliftment have greatly benefited local people.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai was the guest of the Brahma Kumari sisters and partook of the sacred Brahma Bhojan. Leader of the Opposition Dr. Charandas Mahant, along with Cabinet Ministers and all MLAs, also enjoyed the Brahma Bhojan.
At the event, the sisters of Prajapita Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya requested the Chief Minister and all members of the Legislative Assembly to visit Mount Abu, which Chief Minister Sai gladly accepted and agreed to visit.
Leader of the Opposition Dr. Charandas Mahant also expressed his views on this occasion.
Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam, MLA Dharamlal Kaushik, along with numerous public representatives and dignitaries were present at the event.
On behalf of the Brahma Kumaris family, Mrityunjay Bhai, Atma Prakash Bhai, Hemlata Didi, Lata Didi, Asha Didi, Sarita Didi, Savita Didi, and other members participated in the program.
