One year of Sai government, BJP President JP Nadda reached Chhattisgarh, event organised under the chairmanship of CG CM
Raipur : National President of BJP and Union Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda in the “Janadesh Parba” program organised on the completion of one year of our government dedicated to the prosperity and happiness of the state. On this occasion, JP Nadda inaugurated various development works worth Rs 1154 crore. Our government accepted the order given by the public a year ago and started working for the progress of the state from day one. We restored public faith in the government by fulfilling all the major promises of Modi’s guarantee. This journey of Chhattisgarh’s development will continue uninterrupted, our government will work with full dedication and energy to realize the concept of developed Chhattisgarh , Chhattisgarh CM Bishnu Deo Sai said .

The government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the country and Vishnu Deo Sai in Chhattisgarh is working diligently to serve the people. As a result, the entire country and the state are witnessing progressive development. Due to the double engine government, people are getting double benefits. Today India is the fifth largest economic power in the world. In the next five years, we will emerge as the third largest economy in the world. Under the able leadership of our Prime Minister, 25 crore people of the country have come out of poverty.

Nadda said this while addressing the people in the Janadesh Parva program organised at Science College Ground in Raipur on Friday December 13. 2024 Union Minister Nadda inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development works worth Rs 1124 crore in the program.

Union Minister Nadda, while mentioning the achievements of Chhattisgarh Government in the Janadesh Parba in the last one year, said that the State Government is working in public interest with full accountability on its own initiative. In the cabinet meeting held on the second day of formation of the Government, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was approved for more than 18 lakh needy people of the State. As per Modi’s guarantee, paddy is being purchased from farmers at Rs. 3100 per quintal. Farmers have also been paid their due bonus of Rs. 3716 crore for paddy for the last two years.
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai announced in the Janadesh Parba that from now on, every year from 3rd December to 13th December, ‘Janadesh Parba’ will be celebrated. Chhattisgarh will complete 25 years in the coming year. This is also the centenary year of the state’s creator Bharat Ratna Atalji. He announced to celebrate the Silver Jubilee Year of Chhattisgarh as ‘Atal Nirman Year’. CM Sai said that as the Prime Minister, Atalji laid a network of roads in the country. Taking inspiration from that, we will give priority to infrastructure development in our silver jubilee year. In the next three years also, we will work on different themes.
Chief Minister Sai, while addressing the Janadesh Parb, said that last year your double engine government has deposited 49 thousand crore rupees in the accounts of farmer brothers. In our first three months itself, we started giving the benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojana to the mothers and sisters of the state on priority. So far, an amount of Rs 6,530 crore has been sent in 10 installments of Mahtari Vandan Yojana in the accounts of 70 lakh mothers and sisters. We send this amount on the first date and as soon as the amount comes in the accounts of mothers and sisters, their faces glow with pride.
Chief Minister Sai said that the values of Ramrajya are the values of good governance for us. We have ensured good governance at every level of administration. We formed the Good Governance and Convergence Department to include the values of good governance in the system. Transparency is most essential for good governance and for this, digital governance has been started. To eliminate red tape, we have started the e-office system. In this, the note sheet moves forward in digital medium. This also sets the time limit and also fixes accountability.
Chief Minister Sai said that without the development of Bastar and Surguja, the development of Chhattisgarh cannot be thought of. We have worked to increase the income of forest produce collectors. We have increased the amount of tendu leaf collection from Rs 4 thousand per standard sack to Rs 5,500. On the occasion of Tribal Pride Day, we announced to give five thousand rupees each as Samman Nidhi to Baiga, Gunia, Sirha etc. of the state.
CM Vishnu Deo Sai said that we are building a tourism corridor in Bastar. The United Nations Tourism Organisation has included the village Dhudmaras of Kanger Valley in the 20 selected villages of the world. Bastar and Chhattisgarh have come on the world tourism map. Surguja division is also making a place on the world tourism map. Recently, Madheshwar Mountain Shivling of Jashpur has been recognised as the largest natural replica in the world , CM added .
Sai further said that we have made Guru Ghasidas Tamor Pingla the third largest tiger reserve in the country. This will promote eco-tourism. With the start of air connectivity in Surguja and Bastar, along with rapid development in these areas, the way has now opened for tourists from the country and abroad to reach here. After the construction of all the approved roads in Chhattisgarh under the successful leadership of Modi ji is completed, the road network of the state will become like developed countries in the next two years.
The Chief Minister said that we have got the biggest success on the Maoist front. A year ago it was difficult for anyone to even think that the scourge of Maoism could be destroyed. More than 2 hundred Maoists were killed in a year. Through the ‘Niyyad Nella Nar’ Yojana, the light of development has again reached the villages freed from the roots of Maoism. We have prepared a new industrial policy, in which five lakh jobs will be created in the next five years through an investment of Rs 2.5 lakh crore. We have started the recruitment process for thousands of posts in government services.
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai presented a replica of Ayodhya’s Ram Temple made of bell metal by artists of Bastar to Union Minister Shri Nadda at the event. Sand artist Sudarshan Patnaik, who has been awarded Padma Shri, displayed sand sculptures on the state government’s schemes at the event.
MLA Kiran Singh Deo delivered the welcome address at the event. Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao expressed his gratitude. All the cabinet members, MLAs and eminent citizens, including Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, former Governor of Maharashtra Ramesh Bais and Bihar Cabinet Minister Nitin Naveen, were present in the event along with thousand of people from nooks and corner of the State .
