Kashyap says basic facilities are being extended to distant rural settlements under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai.
“The Mukhyamantri Gramin Bus Yojana is connecting villages where regular bus services were previously unavailable. It is making it easier for rural residents to reach block headquarters, hospitals, schools and markets,” he says.
The new routes are intended to improve access to essential services and make everyday travel more convenient for people living in remote areas.
Better Transport Creates Development Opportunities
The Transport Minister emphasises the broader importance of rural connectivity, describing public transport as a means of strengthening links between remote communities and service centres.
“The expansion of rural transport is not merely a travel facility; it is also a means of connecting remote areas with new opportunities for development,” Kashyap says.
The Bhanupratappur–Korar and Bhanupratappur–Antagarh services will help residents undertake journeys for schooling, healthcare, trade and administrative requirements.
Efforts to Extend Facilities to Every Region
