Model code of conduct ends in Chhattisgarh

Raipur: Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation and three-tier Panchayat elections have been completed. After the Panchayat elections held in three phases, the Chhattisgarh Election Commission has now issued an order to end the code of conduct. After the Municipal Corporation elections in the entire state, wherever elections were to be held in the three-tier elections, the code of conduct has now been abolished.

Let us inform you that the code of conduct was implemented from January 20, 2025 for the Panchayat and Urban Body elections in Chhattisgarh, which was ended on February 15, 2025 in the Municipal Rules, while now on Tuesday February 25,2025 after the completion of the three-tier elections, the code of conduct has been removed from the entire state.
