Crowds of devotees are gathering in Prayagraj for Maha Kumbh. It is being said that there will be so much crowd on Mauni Amavasya that all the records till now will be broken. So far more than 15 crore people have taken a holy dip, while tomorrow more than 10 crore people can take a dip in a single day.

Prayajraj : Maha Kumbh is going on in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Crowds are gathering to take a holy dip. There has been a continuous flow of people at Sangam for 17 days. So far, the maximum bathing in a single day has taken place on the day of Makar Sankranti. More than 15 crore devotees have taken bath. But this figure of crowd is likely to be broken tomorrow. More than 10 crore people may come on Mauni Amavasya (29 January). Meanwhile, let us tell you what is going to be the schedule of Mahasnan on Mauni Amavasya tomorrow.

Complete schedule of January 29

– The Brahma Muhurta of bathing will start from 5 am.

– Naga sanyasis of Mahanirvani Akhara will take bath first.

– Along with this, Shri Shri Shambhu Panchayati Atal Akhara will take bath.

– Niranjani Akhara, Anand Akhara will take bath at 5:50 am.

– The bathing time of Juna Akhara is fixed at 6:45 am. Aawahan Akhara, Panch Agni Akhara will take bath together.

– Saints of Bairagi Akhara will take bath at 9:25 am.

– Saints of Digambar Ani Akhara will take bath at 10:05 am.

– In the end, all three Akharas of Udasi tradition will take bath.

– Saints of Panchayati Akhara will take Amrit bath at 12 noon.

– Time of Panchayati Akhara Bada Udasi is fixed at 1:05 pm.

– Panchayati Nirmal Akhara will take bath at 2:25 pm.

What will be the security arrangements?

• Additional forces will be deployed on the ghats of Sangam coast.
• CCTV camera screens will be closely monitored.
• Contingency plan will be implemented in case of overcrowding.

What arrangements will be made for Akharas?

• Sadhus and saints of Akharas and their disciples will take bath at the bathing ghat only.
• Barricading system on the routes of Akharas will be strengthened for Amrit Snan.
• On the main Amrit Snan festival, flowers will be showered on sadhus and saints from helicopter.
• 21 quintals of rose flowers have been arranged.
  

What for the devotees?

• All arrangements will be made at the bathing ghats.
• There will be strong security arrangements.
• Water police and divers will be deployed in sufficient numbers.

How will crowd management be done?

• Devotees will not be allowed to gather after bathing.
• Everyone’s safe return will be ensured.

Adequate arrangements of trains and buses will be made.

Great enthusiasm among devotees

There is tremendous enthusiasm among devotees about the second Amrit Snan (Mauni Amavasya) of Maha Kumbh. There is a huge crowd of devotees at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Junction to go to Prayagraj. RPF, GRP along with other security agencies of railways and railway officials have taken charge.
