The federal government has deployed 4000 National Guards in Los Angeles and 700 Marine Commandos have also been deployed. However, Marine Commandos have not yet been deployed in the protest areas.
The city of Los Angeles in California is in the grip of violence these days. Despite the deployment of National Guards, the violence is not coming under control. On Tuesday June 10. 2025 (IST) , the US President attended the 250th anniversary celebrations of the army. During this, President Trump got furious at the protesters of Los Angeles and even called the protesters animals and foreign enemies. Trump also defended his decision to deploy the army in Los Angeles and talked about liberating Los Angeles.

President Trump called Los Angeles a garbage dump and said that Los Angeles is occupied by criminals. He said that the federal government will take every step to end the violence and establish law and order. Trump said that ‘We will liberate Los Angeles and make it clean and safe again.’ Violence broke out in Los Angeles after the action of the Immigration Department against illegal immigrants.
