Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a visit to Bhopal today. He is attending the Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Mahila Empowerment Maha Sammelan. This event is being held at Jamboori Maidan, from where the Prime Minister is giving a strong message of women empowerment. PM Modi also addressed a public meeting at Jamboori Maidan.

This event is being held at Jamboori Maidan, from where the Prime Minister is giving a strong message of women empowerment. PM Modi also addressed a public meeting at Jamboori Maidan. Addressing the public meeting at Jamboori Maidan, PM Modi said, ‘Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar… on hearing this name, a feeling of reverence arises in the mind. Words fall short to speak about her great personality. She was a great protector of India’s heritage.’

-PM Modi also closely observed the exhibition on women empowerment and also talked to the women present there.

On reaching Bhopal, PM Modi did a road show in which he accepted the greetings of the people. During this, CM Mohan Yadav was also present in the car with the Prime Minister. The road show concluded at Jamburi Maidan from where the Prime Minister will address the public meeting.

CM Mohan Yadav said, ‘The Prime Minister’s visit to Madhya Pradesh is dedicated to Maharani Ahilyabai and through Maharani Ahilyabai we want to fulfill our resolve of women empowerment. The way the Prime Minister is working, I believe that he is running his administration on the path shown by Maharani Ahilyabai.’

The entire responsibility of the event is in the hands of women

Prime Minister Modi will give a strong message of women empowerment from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The entire responsibility of the event has been handed over to women officers and employees. Women have been given responsibility at every level from security, stage management, site management to helipad and carcade.

Women will welcome the PM in vermilion coloured saris

The first plane from Datia will be flown by a woman pilot, which will become a symbol of the impressive representation of women power in this event. At the same time, only women will travel in the first trip of the metro in Indore. 15,000 women in vermilion coloured saris will specially welcome PM Modi.

Posters related to Operation Sindoor put up all over the city

This unique welcome of PM Modi will be done to express gratitude towards ‘Operation Sindoor’. In this entire program, the women leadership of BJP will also be present with Prime Minister Modi on the stage to give the message of women power. This is the first women’s conference after Operation Sindoor, through which a big message will be given. Posters related to Operation Sindoor have been put up all over Bhopal.

Prime Minister Modi will give these gifts to MP

The Prime Minister will also release a commemorative postage stamp and a special coin dedicated to Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai. The Rs 300 coin will have a picture of Ahilyabai Holkar. Apart from this, the Prime Minister will also present the National Devi Ahilyabai Award to a female artist for her contribution to tribal, folk and traditional arts.

The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of ghat construction works worth more than Rs 860 crore on the Kshipra river related to the upcoming Simhastha Mahakumbh 2028 in Ujjain. Structures like barrages, stop dams and vented causeways will also be constructed to control the water flow of rivers.

To promote last-mile air connectivity, the Prime Minister will inaugurate Datia and Satna airports, opening up new opportunities for industry, tourism, education and healthcare in the Vindhya region.

In line with his commitment to improve travel infrastructure in cities, the Prime Minister will inaugurate passenger services on the Super Priority Corridor of the Yellow Line of Indore Metro. Also, the first installment of over Rs 480 crore will be released for the construction of 1,271 Atal Gram Sushasan Bhawans. These buildings will provide permanent infrastructure to the Gram Panchayats
