It is not just a film, but an important step towards getting justice to the victims of that tragedy, MP Brijmohan Agarwal said after watching “The Sabarmati Report” with the family
Raipur: MP Brijmohan Agarwal on Wednesday November 19 , 2024 watched the film “The Sabarmati Report” at PVR Cinema, Magneto Mall along with his family, MLA Rajesh Munat, Motilal Sahu, former MP Sunil Soni and hundreds of supporters.
After coming out of the cinema hall, Brijmohan Agrawal said that the film “The Sabarmati Report” is a highly commendable and effective effort to uncover the truth of the horrific incident of burning of Sabarmati Express train in Godhra 22 years ago. The producer and director of the film have brought that truth in front of the public.
Through this film, the whole country will know the truth about what happened in the Sabarmati Express near Godhra station in Gujarat on February 27, how it happened and who did it. The purpose of this film is not only to show the events of that day, but also to expose the immediate social, political nexus, which made a despicable attempt to suppress the truth by spreading false narratives.
This is not just a film, but it is an important step towards getting justice for the victims of that accident. For which I congratulate the entire team including director Dheeraj Sarna, and also appeal to the public to watch this film. So that they learn from the tragedy of the past and contribute to building a better society in the future.
