India’s action creates panic in Pakistan, ISI chief Asim Malik appointed as National Security Advisor

After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, India’s sharp reaction and aggressive strategy has created panic in Pakistan. Frightened by India’s military preparations, Pakistan has given additional charge of National Security Advisor (NSA) to its intelligence agency ISI chief Lieutenant General Mohammad Asim Malik.
Islamabad: After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, India’s sharp reaction and aggressive strategy has created panic in Pakistan. Frightened by India’s military preparations, Pakistan has given additional charge of National Security Advisor (NSA) to its intelligence agency ISI chief Lieutenant General Mohammad Asim Malik.
According to a report in Pakistan’s newspaper The Express Tribune, this responsibility has been given to Asim Malik as ‘additional charge’. A formal order for this appointment has also been issued. It is believed that Pakistan has taken this step in view of India’s decisive response.
Let us tell you that Asim Malik was appointed as the ISI chief in September last year.
