Chief Minister attended the Raipur Press Club’s Holi Milan celebration “Rangotsav”
Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Monday March 2, 2026 attended the Holi Milan celebration “Rangotsav” and “Mahamookh Sammelan 2026” organised by the Raipur Press Club. On this occasion, the Chief Minister extended Holi greetings to the people of the state, saying that Holi is not just a festival of colors, but also a sacred occasion to strengthen mutual love, harmony, and brotherhood. This festival inspires us to forget minor disagreements and grievances and strengthen relationships anew.

Chief Minister Sai said that the Raipur Press Club has a proud tradition of celebrating festivals together. For years, the Raipur Press Club has been working to strengthen social harmony through Holi gatherings and cultural events, and this tradition should continue. He expressed his gratitude to the Press Club family and wished that this joyous festival brings new energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to everyone’s life.
Members of the Raipur Press Club warmly welcomed Chief Minister Sai in a unique way, garlanding him with chilli powder and presenting him with a trident-shaped water gun. The Chief Minister also released the Press Club’s Holi special issue, “Senseless Times.”

Chief Minister Sai played the drum, journalists rejoiced in the joy of colors.
The Holi Milan ceremony was filled with a unique atmosphere of excitement when Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai himself played the drum, adding to the fervor of the celebration.
As soon as the Chief Minister played the drum, the journalists and guests present at the ceremony applauded and a wave of joy spread throughout the premises. To the tune of traditional drums, the Chief Minister joined his fellow journalists in singing Phag songs and celebrating Holi. The event witnessed a beautiful confluence of music, culture, and mutual brotherhood.
On this occasion, Chief Minister’s Media Advisor Pankaj Jha, Chief Minister’s Advisor R. Krishna Das, Rajnandgaon MP Santosh Pandey, MLA Sunil Soni, Motilal Sahu, Municipal Corporation Chairman Sanjay Srivastava, Raipur Press Club President Mohan Tiwari along with other journalists, public representatives, officials and dignitaries were present.
