The Meeting Set to Provide a New Direction to Inter-State Coordination, Security, and Development

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai stated that Tuesday May 19, 2026, is set to be recorded as a significant and historic day in the history of Bastar.

For the first time, the 26th meeting of the Central Zonal Council is being organised in Jagdalpur under the chairmanship of Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah, with the participation of Chief Ministers from various states.

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai extended a warm welcome to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, who arrived in Chhattisgarh to attend this important meeting.

During this occasion, Chief Minister Sai also held meaningful discussions with both Chief Ministers on various contemporary issues.

Chief Minister Sai remarked that this high-level meeting, being held in Bastar for the very first time, is a matter of pride and confidence for the region.
