Employment fairs were organised in 47 cities across the country. During this, PM Narendra Modi gave a big gift to the youth by handing over 51 thousand appointment letters through video conferencing. Also, while addressing the youth, he gave the mantra of national service to the newly appointed youth.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday handed over appointment letters for government jobs to over 51,000 newly selected youth across the country as part of a grand event organised during the 16th Rozgar Mela. The important event took place through video conferencing, giving the youth from different parts of India an opportunity to connect directly with the Prime Minister and listen to his message.

He said that, your departments are different but the goal is one and that is national service. We have to remember again and again, there is only one goal – whatever the department, whatever the work, whatever the post, whatever the area, the only goal is national service. The formula is one – Citizen First. You have got a very big platform to serve the people of the country.

Congratulations and best wishes to the youth

He said that I congratulate all you youth for such a big success at an important stage of life. I wish you all the best for your new journey.
