Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai Releases ‘Gulal’ Holi Special Issue

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Friday February 27, 2026 released the Gulal Holi special issue at the Chief Minister’s office in the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha. Published by senior journalist Jagjeet Singh, the special issue brings together the cultural, social and literary dimensions of the festival of Holi.

Chief Minister Sai said Holi is not merely a festival of colours but a celebration of social harmony, brotherhood and the living expression of Indian traditions. He noted that such publications play an important role in carrying forward folk culture and traditions to younger generations. Chief Minister congratulated the publisher and his team for the creative initiative.

Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Deepak Vishwakarma, Nadeem Memon and Shramjeevi Guild Foundation Chairman RK Gandhi were present on the occasion.
