Raipur Indra Prasth Colony Murder Case: A new update has emerged in the sensational case of a dead body found in a trunk near Indraprastha Colony in Raipur. Pictures of the main accused of this murder, Advocate Ankit Upadhyay, his wife Shivani Sharma and the deceased Kishore Paikra have surfaced. The police team has detained both the accused Ankit Upadhaya and Shivani Sharma in Delhi and had brought to Raipur by flight last evening . The Chhattisgarh Polce is deeply investigating every aspect of this heinous murder.

Know what is the whole matter?
According to sources, the deceased was identified as Kishore Paikra (age 60 years), resident of HMT Chowk, Handipara, who was differently abled and used to move on a wheelchair. Kishore Paikra’s land located in Mohdi village was dealt by accused lawyer Ankit Upadhyay. The land was sold for Rs 50 lakh, but Kishore was given only Rs 30 lakh. When Kishore came to know about this fraud, he demanded Rs 10 lakh out of 20, after which the accused couple hatched a plan to eliminate him.

Detailed innvestigation revealed that Kishore Paikra was first murdered by slitting his throat, then his body was locked in a red suitcase, packed with cement and finally put in a steel trunk and thrown in a deserted area of ​​Indraprastha Colony. This case matches the recent incident in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, where a woman, along with her lover, killed her husband and tried to dispose of the body by putting it in a plastic drum filled with cement.

During the investigation of the incident, the police saw a marking of the name ‘Habbu Bhai’ on the trunk. On this basis, the police reached Shabbir Steel Trunk Factory (Habbu Bhai’s shop) located in Peti Line in Golbazar, where the shopkeeper told that a few days ago a woman and a man had bought the same trunk. On examining the CCTV camera footage of a nearby shop, it was clearly visible that Anjit and Shivani were loading the trunk in an e-rickshaw and taking it away.

Property dealers are also being quizzed
The Crime Branch however has also detained property dealers involved in dealing the land , It is feared that these dealers may also have a share in the deal or plotting conspiracy.
