BJP-AIADMK Coalition: BJP and AIADMK have formed an alliance for the upcoming assembly elections in Tamil Nadu. This was announced by Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah in a press conference with AIADMK leader EK Palaniswami. Amit Shah also said that NDA will contest the elections in the state under the leadership of Palaniswami.

BJP and AIADMK have formed an alliance for the upcoming assembly elections in Tamil Nadu. This was announced by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who was on a visit to Chennai. In a press conference with AIADMK leader E.K. Palaniswami in Chennai, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, ‘Today the leaders of AIADMK and BJP have decided together that AIADMK, BJP and all the allied parties will fight the upcoming Tamil Nadu assembly elections together as NDA.’

Amit Shah accuses the opposition
During this, Amit Shah said- These (opposition) people are raising the issue of NEET and delimitation to divert attention. He further said- AIADMK has no conditions and demands… We will not interfere in the internal affairs of AIADMK… This alliance is going to be beneficial for both NDA and AIADMK.

Will fight elections under the leadership of Palaniswami- Amit Shah
On the NDA alliance for the Tamil Nadu assembly elections, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, ‘These elections will be fought under the leadership of PM Modi at the national level and under the leadership of AIADMK leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami at the state level’.

People want answers from DMK- Amit Shah

Amit Shah said during this, ‘We will go among the people with the real issues of the people and I believe that the people of Tamil Nadu know the real issues and also want answers from DMK.’
