11 months of Vishnudev’s good governance… Chhattisgarh is improving in every aspect
Raipur: On 13 October 2024, 11 months of Vishnu Dev Sai government’s tenure have been completed in Chhattisgarh. In these 11 months, Chhattisgarh is seen writing a new chapter of development under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai. In these 11 months, the government has taken remarkable steps towards fulfilling the guarantees of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, due to which the picture of prosperity has started appearing in every corner of the state. The government administration is working rapidly towards presenting the vision document to the people of the state with the goal of the vision of Developed India Developed Chhattisgarh on 01 November. The works being done in the state in accordance with Modi’s guarantee are as follows.
Houses approved for 18 lakh 12 thousand 743 families
Houses was approved for 18 lakh 12 thousand 743 needy families under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, houses were approved for 47 thousand 90 surveyed families under Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana Gramin, 2 years’ pending paddy bonus was transferred to the bank accounts of 13 lakh farmers on Good Governance Day, record purchase of 145 lakh metric tonnes of paddy at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal and 21 quintals per acre, short-term agricultural loans were distributed to 24 lakh 75 thousand farmers under Krishak Unnati Yojana.
More than 70 lakh women are getting the benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojna
Under Mahtari Vandan Yojana, in the first week of every month, funds were transferred to the bank accounts of more than 70 lakh eligible women, to 12 lakh 50 thousand tendu leaf collectors, the rate of tendu leaf collection remuneration was Rs 5500 per standard sack. The state government is also working fast on the scheme of providing Charan Paduka and bonus benefits to forest dwellers.
CBI investigation of PSC scam
Apart from the above works, the number of seats in the Tribal Youth Hostel in New Delhi was increased from 50 to 185 in the government of Vishnu deo Sai. It was decided to give relaxation of 05 years in the maximum age limit for youth in various government recruitments. By announcing a CBI investigation into the PSC scam, the state government has assured the youth of the state that the persons and institutions playing with their future will not be spared. The government of Vishnu Deo Sai has taken important steps towards good governance by forming the Good Governance and Follow-up Department for quick resolution of public problems. Atal Monitoring Portal was launched on Good Governance Day, celebrated on the birthday of former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Udyam Kranti Yojana being run for the youth
The state government has launched the Single Window System 2.0 of the Industries Department, emphasising on industrial development. Similarly, to reduce the distance between the government and the public, the Chief Minister’s Jandarshan program has been started once again, under which every Thursday CM Vishnu deo Sai meets the general public and listens to their problems and resolves them immediately. The state government is providing tap connections to 40 lakh families by linking them to the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme. In the direction of poor welfare, the state government is going to start the Deendayal Upadhyay Bhumiheen Krishi Mazdoor Yojana. Similarly, the Udyam Kranti Yojana is being started for the youth. The state government is constantly making efforts to expand the infrastructure. Under this, DPR of many railway projects is being prepared. Air flights have been started from Bilaspur and Jagdalpur. Similarly, facilities are being expanded in Jashpur, Balrampur, Ambikapur and Jagdalpur airports.
68 lakh poor families are getting free ration
The state government has decided to provide free ration to 68 lakh poor families for 05 years, which is proving to be a very important step towards public welfare. To provide Ayodhya darshan to the people of Lord Shri Ram’s maternal side, the government has started Shri Ramlala Ayodhya Dham Darshan Yojana, under which the people of the state are being taken on a pilgrimage to Ayodhya Dham. A new project of 1000 kilometers has been started for the development of 5 Shaktipeeths of Chhattisgarh. The Punni fair organised in Rajim is once again being developed as Rajim Kumbh Kalpa. To preserve the cultural identity of tribal areas, Vishnu Deo ‘ s government has started the work of preserving the historical fairs of Bastar.
Health facilities are expanding
Working towards women empowerment, the state government has decided to give the work of ready to eat to women self-help groups again, which has been welcomed wholeheartedly by the members of the self-help group. The government has started working vigorously towards making Naya Raipur an IT hub. Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Health Scheme has been started along with Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana to expand health facilities in the state.
The government has strengthened health facilities by starting the work of expansion of buildings and development of facilities in Medical College Hospital Raipur and Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Science Bilaspur (SIMS). National Education Policy-2020 implemented in Chhattisgarh The government has taken many important steps towards popularisation of education. National Education Policy-2020 has been fully implemented in the state. Under this, provision has been made for education in local dialect to children till class 5th. Education has been arranged for everyone from pre-primary to 12th. 5+3+3+4 educational structure has been implemented in place of 10+2. Similarly, work is being done on the quality of education by implementing PM Shri Yojana in 211 schools of the state.. Institutes of technology are being built in Jashpur, Bastar, Kabirdham, Raipur and Raigarh of the state. Apart from this, the government is going to establish Chhattisgarh Higher Education Mission. Along with making plans for the development of the State Capital Region (SCR), the government is also working towards organizing Invest Chhattisgarh.
Budget of 300 crores for railway line
The state government has fixed an annual budget of Rs 300 crore for the construction of Katghora-Dongargarh railway line. Similarly, the government is also working on the plan to build Korba-Bilaspur Industrial Corridor. The government is continuously working towards implementing the best practices going on in the country and the world in the state. Adopting the policy of zero tolerance on corruption, the state government has decided to issue online e-transit pass for mineral transportation. Similarly, online payment facility of land-house etc. has been started at the time of registration. Geo referencing technology has been approved to resolve land related disputes.
Education will be done in local dialects, cow sanctuary will be established in every division
Bastar, Surguja, Central Area Tribal Development, Scheduled Caste Development Authority and Chhattisgarh State Rural and Other Backward Class Development Authorities have been reorganized and responsible people have been appointed in them and work has started towards the development of remote areas through these authorities.
The government is also making efforts on a war footing to establish one cow sanctuary in each division. Similarly, work on 71 multi-village schemes has been started in 18 districts of the state at a cost of Rs 4527 crore. It has been decided to provide primary education in local dialects in tribal areas, under which books are being prepared in 18 local dialects. It has been decided to provide education of robotics and AI to tribal children. By organising invitation feast program for school children, the government is motivating children to come to school. Bastar students will get loan for education without interest.
The government has also decided to give interest free loan for technical and vocational education to students of Maoist terror affected districts. Provision has been made to give loan at 1 percent interest rate to students of remaining districts. Working rapidly towards the elimination of Naxal problem, the government has established 32 forward security camps, which are yielding positive results. After Vishnu Deo Sai became the Chief Minister, work is going on rapidly towards the elimination of Naxalism and so far in 11 months, the security forces have killed more than 200 Maoists. 29 new camps have been established by redeployment in South Bastar and Maad and State Investigation Agency has been formed for the investigation and prosecution of Maoist incidents. Niyada Nellnar scheme is being implemented in the Maoist affected areas, under which 27 roads of 100 km length, 2 bridges and 52 culverts have been constructed so far. Under the Forest Rights Act, the names of the heirs of forest rights card holders in Chhattisgarh have been reserved. Chhattisgarh State Capital Region and related authority is being established with a provision of Rs 5 crore.
