In this video, Mani Shankar Aiyar has said that Rajiv Gandhi also faced failure in Cambridge University, whereas passing there is considered easy. After this, he went to Imperial College, London, but he could not succeed there either. Mani Shankar Aiyar also questioned how a person with such a weak educational record was made the Prime Minister.
