Delhi Polls: Eight AAP MLAs joined BJP, all of them had resigned from the party yesterday

New Delhi : Only four days are left for the voting for Delhi Assembly elections. Before the voting on February 5, big upsets are being seen in the capital. In this episode, the eight MLAs who resigned from Aam Aadmi Party on Friday, all joined BJP on Saturday.
AAP did not give ticket to anyone
Let us tell you that just 24 hours ago, all of them had resigned from the party accusing Aam Aadmi Party of corruption and discrimination. All of them did not get ticket from AAP, due to which all of them were angry. Whereas Aam Aadmi Party claimed that BJP and Congress have pressurized these MLAs.
Resignations are viral on social media
Resignations of most of the MLAs who resigned from the party are viral on social media. Madan Lal, MLA from Kasturba Nagar, who resigned, said that he has resigned from the primary membership of the party along with six other MLAs. Along with this, he has also sent his resignation to the Speaker of the Assembly Ram Niwas Goyal. Apart from Madan Lal, the AAP MLAs who resigned include Bhavna Gaur (Palam), Naresh Yadav (Mehrauli), Rohit Mehraulia (Trilokpuri), Pawan Sharma (Adarsh Nagar), BS June (Bijwasan) and Rajesh Rishi (Janakpuri), Girish Soni (Madipur). They claim that the party and its leaders ignored them. Whereas they have been working honestly for years.
MLA criticized
Dilip Pandey and Rituraj Jha targeted the resignation of seven MLAs. He said that the party did not give him a ticket this time, but he is not leaving the party. He is a true soldier of the party. Jha said that Kejriwal gave him everything and kept him as the MLA of Kirari for 10 years. He will be given more responsibilities in the coming days.
BJP-Congress is creating pressure
After the resignation of AAP MLAs, two other MLAs Rituraj Jha and Dilip Pandey came in front of the media. These two MLAs have also not been made candidates this time. Both the MLAs released a video on Friday January 31, 2025 and said that BJP and Congress are pressurizing them to leave Aam Aadmi Party by luring them with posts. Jha said that for the last few days, people from BJP were constantly contacting me and offering me various kinds of temptations saying that they will make me this. Dilip Pandey said that I was in Aam Aadmi Party, I am in it and will remain in it in future too.
