Raipur: Consumers are advised to refrain from clicking on any links received via unknown WhatsApp messages, emails, or SMS regarding registration for the ‘Mukhyamantri Bijli Bill Bhugtan Samadhan Yojana’ (Chief Minister’s Electricity Bill Payment Resolution Scheme) or for making any type of payment.
Do not download any links or APK files purporting to be associated with the ‘Mukhyamanti Bijli Bill Bhugtan Samadhan Yojana.’ The Chhattisgarh State Power Company never sends APK files or web links for any of its schemes or services.
According to information provided by Bhim Singh, MD of the Chhattisgarh State Power Company, the company will organise camps at the grassroots level to ensure the ‘Mukhyamanti Bijli Bill Bhugtan Samadhan Yojana’ reaches every common consumer.
Consumers are advised to make all payments only through the ‘Mor Bijli’ app, the company’s official website, ATP centers, or their nearest office; they are strictly advised not to make cash payments to any field staff members. The facility for paying the registration fee is available exclusively through the ‘Mor Bijli’ app, ATP centers, and the respective electricity offices.
Whether for electricity bill payments or other notifications, the Power Company sends messages to its consumers only via the sender ID ‘CSPDCL-S’.
For information regarding the ‘Mukhyamanti Bijli Bill Bhugtan Samadhan Yojana’ or any other electricity-related services, consumers may call the Power Company’s centralised call center on the toll-free number 1912, or contact their nearest CSPDCL office.
