Entertainment: India’s ‘The Night Manager’ nominated in the 52nd International Emmy Awards

Entertainment: The 52nd International Emmy Awards held in New York honored the best TV programs made outside the US in 2023. Hosted by Indian comedian and Emmy winner Vir Das, the event included nominees in 14 categories from 21 countries. India’s ‘The Night Manager’ (Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala) was a strong contender in the drama series category, but the award went to Apple TV’s ‘Drops of God’. This French-American-Japanese production beautifully presented the story of family, heritage and trauma.
